ACTIVE Masdar City offers a sustainable space for urban sports & recreation. Located within in a garden of native and adaptive landscaping, this complex offers more than 5 leisurely fitness opportunities for clubs and families.
As part of Masdar City's goal of contributing to a sustainable future, ACTIVE Masdar City has been designed with principles that reduce environmental impact while improving the guest experience.

Fit4Fun
Concept Development | Fit Out | Operations
To ensure that The Galleria Al Maryah Island, a leading lifestyle destination in Abu Dhabi, could meet the diverse needs of its clientele, Abu Dhabi Entertainment Company were engaged to create leisure activations within shopfront space. ADEC was retained to consult on ideas, execute the fit out, and oversee all daily operations that contribute to the success of the project, called Fit4Fun.
The 12-month agreement finished in February 2022.

Zayed Sports Academy

Established by Abu Dhabi Entertainment Company in 2016, Zayed Sports Academy is built on the belief that participating in a healthy lifestyle is easier when you enjoy sports. Focused on sharing a love and expertise in sports with a community that is eager to participate, the project creates ways for people to engage with sport while offering players of all ages and abilities the chance to grow. Hinged on high-quality lessons, Zayed Sports Academy delivers a number of sports in a professional, safe and fun environment to ensure it becomes a lifelong practice.
In addition to delivering progressive community lessons, the Zayed Sports Academy team possesses expertise that guides the success of sport development in the region. They consult on and support events, tournaments and outreach programmes, guiding success for organizations in the public and private sectors, and leveraging the assets of the Abu Dhabi Entertainment Company team to create and deliver award winning, bespoke content.

Zayed Sports City

An iconic and historic venue, Zayed Sports City has served as the UAE's national sports complex since it opened in 1980. Built as a platform to develop the nation's sporting talent, Abu Dhabi Entertainment Company took over management in 2010 and has honored Sheikh Zayed's vision by turning the venue into an award-winning complex that serves its community and stakeholders to the highest standards.
Led by the principle "For the Champions of Yesterday, Today and Tomorrow", Zayed Sports City hosts events for local, national and global audiences, offers more than 30 sports, and develops programmes and initiatives that contribute positively to a community of diverse interest and fitness abilities.
